Dr. Robert A. Combs III, D.C.

Dr. Combs had a passion for airplanes as a kid and worked at his father’s aviation business in Concord, NC after graduating from N.C. State.

During that time, he began suffering from chronic neck and arm pain that seriously affected his quality of life. Sports injuries from the past had damaged a disc in his neck, and the only medical option left was surgery. As a last resort, he scheduled an appointment with a chiropractor. That decision not only helped him to heal without surgery but ultimately led him to change careers and become a chiropractor so that he could help others.

Dr. Combs is board certified and licensed to practice Chiropractic in both North Carolina and South Carolina, and is a member of the N.C. Chiropractic Association. Dr. Combs resides in Harrisburg with his wife, Jamie, and their rescue pets, Buddy and Purzy. In his free time, Dr. Combs enjoys golfing, attending sporting events, concerts, and being active in the community. Dr. Combs is also a licensed multi-engine aircraft pilot and SCUBA diver.
