Chiropractor

Dr. Robert A. Combs III, D.C.

Dr. Combs is originally from BeckIey, WV, but moved frequently across the country and overseas while his father served in the military. Dr. Combs graduated from Eastern Wayne High School in Goldsboro, NC and completed his Bachelor of Science degree at N.C. State University in Raleigh, NC. Dr. Combs received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC in 2017.

Dr. Combs had a passion for airplanes as a kid and worked at his father’s aviation business in Concord, NC after graduating from N.C. State. During that time, he began suffering from chronic neck and arm pain that seriously affected his quality of life. Sports injuries from the past had damaged a disc in his neck, and the only medical option left was surgery. As a last resort, he scheduled an appointment with a chiropractor. That decision not only helped him to heal without surgery but ultimately led him to change careers and become a chiropractor so that he could help others.

Dr. Combs is board certified and licensed to practice Chiropractic in both North Carolina and South Carolina, and is a member of the N.C. Chiropractic Association. Dr. Combs resides in Harrisburg with his wife, Jamie, and their rescue pets, Buddy and Purzy. In his free time, Dr. Combs enjoys golfing, attending sporting events, concerts, and being active in the community. Dr. Combs is also a licensed multi-engine aircraft pilot and SCUBA diver.

Leigh Anne Kluttz

Leigh Anne Kluttz, born and raised in Concord, North Carolina, is a dedicated Office Manager with a strong background in patient care and administrative leadership. With a passion for supporting both her team and the individuals they serve, she brings compassion, efficiency, and a detail-oriented approach to every aspect of her work.

Outside of the office, Leigh Anne is a proud wife, mother of two, and “Mimi” to four cherished grandchildren—two girls and two boys. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, trail riding in her side-by-side, relaxing at the lake, traveling, and playing competitive cornhole. Known for her warm personality and commitment to excellence, Leigh Anne balances a rewarding professional life with a fun and active personal life.

Jessica Brooks

Jessica Brooks is an experienced Chiropractic Assistant and certified X-ray Technician with over 7 years of hands-on experience in chiropractic care. Originally from Concord, North Carolina, she now resides in Kannapolis with her husband and three children.
